The Launch fitness mat is 1/4″ thick! The extra thick mat allows us to optimize durability. Workout mats take a lot of abuse and we wanted to create something that is tough, long lasting and wear resistant. Will work with standard jump ropes, weighted jump ropes or speed ropes. The increased thickness is extra quiet when in use and shock absorbent to help protect joints and prevent sports injuries.
