Core & Ab Workout Machine for Home Gym – Tone Abs Fast
Why We Recommend It
Why your lower back hurts after crunches and what to use instead. If you've ever woken up with a sore tailbone or neck strain after a sit-up session, you're not alone. The Fitlaya Ab Machine lets you train your core without putting your spine through that punishment. It's not for heavy-duty gym-goers who need 200+ pounds of resistance, but for the person who wants a practical, low-pain path to stronger abs at home.
What Makes It Stand Out
Work your core without back pain
The padded back support and ergonomic design let you do crunches and sit-ups without the lower back strain that comes from floor exercises.
5-minute full-body session
Switch between sit-ups, push-ups, and leg raises without changing equipment — one machine, one spot, done.
Fits in a closet or under a bed
When you're done, fold it and tuck it away. No more tripping over gym equipment in your living room.
