✨ Our Take

Why We Recommend It

Tired of your yoga mat sliding across the floor mid-downward dog? The Gaiam Print Yoga Mat solves that with a light-tack, non-slip texture that keeps your hands and feet planted—even on hardwood. At 4mm thick, it cushions joints without feeling like a marshmallow. One honest trade-off: it's not for hot yoga puddles, but for everyday practice, it's a reliable workhorse.
