✨ Our Take

Why We Recommend It

Tired of squats and lunges that never seem to hit your outer thighs? This machine isolates your glutes and abductors so you feel the burn where it matters. It's built for home gym beginners who want gym-quality results without the membership. Just know the resistance jumps are big—you get 54, 58, or 66 lbs, with no fine-tuning.

🌟 Features

What Makes It Stand Out

💖

Isolates your outer thighs and glutes

Instead of guessing which squat variation works, you sit down and push outward—targeting the exact muscles that shape your hips.

💖

No gym commute required

Set it up in your living room or bedroom and get a focused 10-minute session while watching TV.

💖

Also stretches your lower back

Lean back against the foam pad for a gentle back extension—relieves tension after sitting all day.

  • Three resistance levels plus extra band for progression

○ Worth Knowing

  • Resistance jumps are large—no fine-tuning between 54 and 66 lbs

💡 Quick Guide

Is This Right for You?

First-time buyer in this category
→
Go ahead—this is one of the most affordable dedicated glute machines, and assembly is straightforward.
Power user or experienced buyer
→
Check the max resistance (66 lbs) and consider if that will challenge you. If not, look for a plate-loaded alternative.
Budget-focused buyer
→
At $149, this is cheaper than 3 months of gym membership. If you use it consistently, you'll get your money's worth.
Buyer who has returned a similar product before
→
Make sure the resistance bands meet your strength level. If you found previous machines too easy, this one may also disappoint.
