💭 Verdict

Pros & Cons

✓ What We Love

  • Four weight levels (22, 26.4, 30.8 lb) in one set — saves space and money.
  • Double quick-lock system for fast, secure weight changes.
  • Electroplated metal handle is more durable and slip-resistant than plastic.
  • Square weight blocks don't roll, making them safer for floor exercises.

○ Worth Knowing

  • Maximum weight of 30.8 lb is too light for leg exercises or advanced lifters.
  • Only 4 weight increments — not as granular as some other adjustable sets.
💫 Honest Advice

Who Might Want to Skip

💭
You need more than 30.8 lb for compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, or rows.
Better option: Look for a barbell set or heavier fixed dumbbells.
💭
You prefer very fine weight increments (e.g., 2.5 lb steps) for precise progressive overload.
Better option: Consider a set with micro-loading plates or individual magnetic add-ons.
