✨ Our Take

Why We Recommend It

Tired of bulky gym machines that take over your living room and cost a fortune? The KESHWELL Ab Machine is for anyone who wants a compact, affordable way to work their abs, legs, and pelvic floor at home. It combines leg slimming and ab training in one foldable unit, but note: the suction cups only work on smooth, flat floors — carpet and yoga mats are a no-go.

What Makes It Stand Out

💖

Work Your Abs and Legs Simultaneously

Instead of doing separate ab crunches and leg lifts, this machine targets both at once — you'll feel the burn in your core and thighs after just 20 minutes.

💖

No More Gym Commute or Crowded Classes

Pull it out from under the couch, use it while watching your favorite show, and fold it back in seconds. No driving, no waiting for equipment.

💖

Pelvic Floor Recovery Without Embarrassment

For postpartum moms or anyone with pelvic floor weakness, the controlled sliding motion strengthens those muscles discreetly at home.

You have carpeted floors and no smooth surface to use the machine on.
Better option: Consider a yoga mat-based ab workout or a carpet-friendly ab roller.
💭
You are an advanced lifter looking for heavy leg press or ab crunch resistance.
Better option: Look for a dedicated leg press machine or a weighted ab bench.
