Foldable Weight Bench Set 1500LB Capacity with Leg Extension for Home Gym
Why We Recommend It
Tired of driving to a crowded gym just to wait for the one bench that does everything? This MAIDOMA 8-in-1 weight bench brings eight exercise stations to your home — from bench press to leg extensions — without claiming an entire room. It's built for the lifter who wants versatility and a 1500-lb capacity but doesn't have a dedicated gym space. The honest trade-off: the included leg developer isn't as smooth as a standalone machine, but for the price and footprint, it's a solid compromise.
What Makes It Stand Out
One bench, eight exercises — no more waiting for equipment
Switch from bench press to preacher curls to leg extensions in seconds, without leaving your workout zone.
Folds flat in seconds — reclaim your floor space
After your workout, pull the locking pin and fold it up. It tucks into a corner or under a bed, freeing up your room for living.
Stable enough for heavy lifts — no wobble, no worry
The triangular frame and rubber feet keep the bench planted during presses, so you can focus on the lift, not on balancing.
Pros & Cons
✓ What We Love
- 1500-lb capacity provides headroom for most intermediate lifters
- Four backrest positions (incline, decline, flat) plus leg developer for variety
- Folds to compact size for storage in tight spaces
- Stable triangular frame with rubber feet prevents sliding and scratching floors
○ Worth Knowing
- Leg developer pad is narrow and may feel uncomfortable for users with larger thighs
- Preacher curl attachment can wobble slightly under heavy loads
