✨ Our Take

Why We Recommend It

Tired of squatting wrong, feeling it in your knees instead of your glutes? The Sportsroyals 2-in-1 machine shifts your weight back so your glutes do the work, not your joints. It's designed for people who struggle with squat form, have knee issues, or just want a more effective home workout. That said, the resistance bands max out at a level that intermediate lifters may outgrow quickly.

🌟 Features

What Makes It Stand Out

💖

Squat without the knee pain

The guided track shifts your weight back so your glutes engage fully — your knees stay safe even if your form isn't perfect.

💖

Full body in one machine

Switch from squats to rowing to hit your upper back, arms, and core without buying separate equipment.

💖

Sturdy enough for bigger frames

Rated for 330lbs with a reinforced steel frame and a larger seat — you won't feel like you're balancing on a bike seat.

💭 Verdict

Pros & Cons

✓ What We Love

  • Guides your squat path to reduce knee strain — great for form correction
  • 2-in-1 design adds rowing for upper body and cardio
  • Folds compactly for easy storage in small spaces
  • High weight capacity (330 lbs) accommodates larger users

○ Worth Knowing

  • Resistance bands are light to medium — not suitable for strength-focused lifters
  • Frame can feel slightly wobbly on carpet or uneven floors without a mat underneath
💫 Honest Advice

Who Might Want to Skip

💭
You need heavy resistance to build muscle — bands top out at moderate tension
Better option: Consider a plate-loaded squat machine or a power rack with a barbell
💭
You want a traditional rowing machine for intense cardio
Better option: Look for a magnetic or air rower with adjustable resistance up to 1000+ meters per hour

🔍 Comparison

How It Stacks Up vs The Competition

The Sportsroyals Pink Squat Machine is a budget-friendly 2-in-1 rowing and squat machine ideal for home use, but it lacks the versatility and build quality of dedicated rowers or ellipticals.

💡 Quick Guide

Is This Right for You?

First-time buyer in this category
→
If you have knee pain or never felt squats in your glutes, this is a low-risk entry point. Go ahead.
Power user or experienced buyer
→
Check your current squat weight — if you squat more than 50 lbs with a barbell, the bands will feel too light.
Budget-focused buyer
→
At ~$110, it's cheaper than most squat machines and adds rowing. Good value if the resistance level fits your needs.
Buyer who has returned a similar product before
→
Make sure you're okay with band-based resistance — if you returned a similar product because it felt flimsy or too light, this won't be different.
