✨ Our Take

Why We Recommend It

Tired of treadmills that rattle the floor and wake the kids? The Stamina Magnetic Rower delivers a smooth, quiet rowing experience that fits into a corner when you're done. It's built for home users who want effective cardio without a gym-sized footprint. Just know that the 8 resistance levels won't challenge an experienced rower past the first few months.

🌟 Features

What Makes It Stand Out

💖

Row Without Waking the House

Magnetic resistance means no clanking chains or whooshing air — you can row while others sleep.

💖

Stows in Seconds

Stand it upright and roll it into a closet or corner — no disassembly, no lifting.

💖

Guided Workouts at No Extra Cost

The müüv app includes coaching and demo videos, so you don't have to figure out proper form alone.

💭 Verdict

Pros & Cons

✓ What We Love

  • Magnetic resistance is whisper-quiet — no chain or fan noise.
  • Upright storage with wheels saves floor space and requires no lifting.
  • Includes a smart workout app with guided coaching (müüv).
  • 8 levels of resistance are easy to adjust mid-workout.

○ Worth Knowing

  • Seat padding is thin — may be uncomfortable for sessions over 20 minutes.
  • Resistance tops out at a moderate level — not suitable for advanced rowers.
💫 Honest Advice

Who Might Want to Skip

💭
You want a rower that mimics the feel of on-water rowing (need water or air resistance).
Better option: Look for a water rower or an air rower like the Concept2.
💭
You're over 6'2" or have a long inseam — the rail may be too short.
Better option: Consider a rower with a longer rail, such as the Sunny Health & Fitness SF-RW5515.

💡 Quick Guide

Is This Right for You?

First-time buyer in this category
→
Go ahead — the magnetic resistance is forgiving, the app guides you, and the storage is a huge plus if space is tight.
Power user or experienced buyer
→
Verify the 8 resistance levels meet your needs — this is not a replacement for a Concept2 or water rower.
Budget-focused buyer
→
At $223, you're paying for quiet and compactness. If those aren't priorities, a $150 fan rower will give you more resistance for less money.
Buyer who has returned a similar product before
→
Check the seat comfort and rail length first. If those were issues before, this rower won't solve them.
