Item received in good condition in a branded box. This is our latest addition to our home gym we are creating in the garage and the first bit of kit of this type.

The item is really nicely made from very strong metal tubing with good soft grippy grips attached so you get good control over this when using. It is very easy to use and by selecting different spring tension it changes how much force is required and its this resistance training that tones and gives good definition of muscles.

The product is nicely made and really easy to operate. Where I feel this is great is like our set up where space is a bit of an issue so a small piece of equipment like this can allow many different muscles to be trained without the need for big expensive bits of kit and that makes this very appealing. My wife and I both train with this an even our eldest daughter is having a go now on the lightest setting.

It is quite lightweight but despite this, its incredible strong and gives you are really good workout that I definitely feel the following day. Great option for arm and chest workouts especially if you are limited on space.

I do like this as it challenges my ability to stretch my muscles in a way but I am using resistance to work on myself with these simple trainers. I found them easy to use and to follow the instructions with them, I watched a few videos and after that I was doing some good quality workouts using them. It is something that helps but I would not totally replace whatever workouts you was doing before in leu of this.

Got this as a gift for my boyfriend. He mentioned that he's been wanting to train his upper body more. Came across with this product. He can do a lot of workouts just with this one equipment. It looks compact but it's actually sturdy in person. The handles have a nice grip to them so he won't accidentally slip or anything while working out.

As an additional workout tool this is a nice and simple device that works well – assembly is a matter of a couple of minutes and you can adjust the length (and therefore resistance) quite easily. So far I have not moved off the easiest setting!

There is plenty of good thick sponge padding all around so you can be sure of a good grip and that nothing is likely to slip and hurt you.

My only minor gripe is that I haven't used this kind of device before so would have appreciated some simple guidelines with diagrams/photos to suggest the range of exercises possible, and what muscle groups they work. You get some very basic pictures, but they're not much help for a novice. YouTube was helpful in finding some guidance!
