✨ Our Take

Why We Recommend It

Tired of tricep exercises that hit your chest and shoulders more than your triceps? This rope attachment redirects tension straight to the back of your arms, forcing your triceps to work without compensation. It's built for anyone with a cable machine who wants to add focused arm work without buying expensive equipment. The trade-off: the plastic end caps can feel bulky for very small hands.

🌟 Features

What Makes It Stand Out

💖

Real tricep isolation

The rope lets you supinate your wrists at the bottom of each rep, activating all three heads of the triceps

💖

No more shoulder compensation

Unlike a straight bar, the rope keeps your elbows pinned to your sides, so your delts don't steal the movement

💖

Works with any cable machine

The stainless steel carabiner clips directly to lat pulldowns, cable crossovers, and functional trainers

💭 Verdict

Pros & Cons

✓ What We Love

  • Allows natural wrist rotation for better tricep activation
  • Universal carabiner fits most cable machines without adapters
  • Plastic end caps prevent rope slippage during sweaty sets
  • Affordable enough to replace if it wears out

○ Worth Knowing

  • Plastic end caps can feel bulky for users with small hands
  • Rope may fray over time with heavy daily use
