Mini Pilates Ball for Core Workouts, Anti-Burst 9-Inch Exercise Ball
Why We Recommend It
Tired of your core workouts feeling ineffective because you can't engage your inner thighs or deep abs properly? This 9-inch mini ball from Amazon Basics is for anyone doing Pilates, barre, or rehab who needs consistent pressure between their knees or under their lower back. It forces your stabilizing muscles to fire in ways a mat alone can't. The trade-off: it's only 9 inches, so if you need a larger ball for full-body balance work, look at a 55cm or larger Swiss ball.
What Makes It Stand Out
Engage deep core muscles you didn't know you had
Place it between your knees during a bridge and you'll feel your inner thighs and pelvic floor activate immediately.
No more slipping or rolling away
The anti-slip surface grips your skin and the floor, so you can focus on form instead of chasing the ball.
Sets up in under 2 minutes
The included pump inflates the ball to full firmness quickly, and it comes deflated so it fits in a drawer or gym bag.
