✨ Our Take

Why We Recommend It

That nagging lower back pain from sitting all day? A 6-inch ball might be the fix. This mini Pilates ball is designed for core activation, posture correction, and gentle rehab exercises. It's small enough to stash in a drawer or gym bag, but don't underestimate it—it forces your stabilizer muscles to work harder than you'd expect. One honest limitation: it's not for intense strength training or tall people needing a larger support surface.
