💖

Relieve Back Pain While Sitting

💖

Core Workout Without Weights

💖

Prepare for Labor & Delivery

Bouncing and rocking on this ball helps open the pelvis, reduce back labor, and shorten stage one of labor.

💭 Verdict

Pros & Cons

✓ What We Love

  • Anti-burst PVC deflates slowly, not explosively, if punctured
  • Includes both a large exercise ball and a 9-inch Pilates ball
  • 16p-free PVC means no phthalates, latex, or BPA — safe for pregnancy
  • 4 size options fit most heights from under 5' to over 6'

○ Worth Knowing

  • Some units lose air and need weekly refilling — quality control is inconsistent
  • The included hand pump is slow and may crack after a few uses
💫 Honest Advice

Who Might Want to Skip

💭
You need a ball that holds air for months without any maintenance
Better option: Consider a higher-end brand like Gaiam or Trideer with thicker PVC and better air retention
💭
You want a ball for heavy weight training (e.g., dumbbell chest press on the ball)
Better option: Look for a burst-resistant ball with a higher weight capacity (this one supports 660 lbs dynamic, but for heavy use, a thicker PVC ball is safer)
