9-Inch Pilates Ball for Core Workouts & Stability Training
Why We Recommend It
That nagging lower back tightness after sitting all day? A 9-inch ball can release it in minutes. The YOTTOY Small Exercise Ball is built for people who want a targeted core workout or gentle spinal mobilization without wrestling a giant inflatable. It's also compact enough to toss in a bag for office stretches. Just be aware: at 9 inches, it's not for full-body stability work like planks β it's a focused tool for smaller movements.
What Makes It Stand Out
Target deep core without bulky gear
Slide it under your lower back during a bridge and feel your glutes engage differently than on a mat.
Take it anywhere
It's small enough to toss in a weekend bag or keep under your desk for quick midday stretches.
No more fear of popping
Anti-burst construction means even if punctured, it deflates slowly β no sudden collapse mid-exercise.
