Welcome to Affiliate Marketing Pro 2026 — a cloud-based web application with 30+ tools for tracking, optimizing, and growing your affiliate business. Your account, your data, accessible from any device.

Creating Your Account

1. Go to the Register page and create your account with a username, email address, and password.
2. Check your inbox for a verification email and click the confirmation link to activate your account.
3. Log in — you'll be taken to the Dashboard, your command center for all 30+ tools.

Recommended First Steps

1. Start at the Dashboard — it gives you an overview of all tools, live stats, and quick navigation.
2. Add your affiliate programs in the Program Tracker. This unlocks the ability to link commissions, links, and analytics to specific programs.
3. Add your affiliate links in the Link Intelligence Center. Associate each link with a program for full reporting.
4. Run keyword discovery — open the Keyword Research tool, enter a seed keyword, and let the AI engine find 30–40 real opportunities.
5. Explore content tools — use AI Prompts, Content Calendar, and Email Sequences to build your content engine.
6. Project your revenue using the Commission Calculator and Revenue Analyzer.

Affiliate Marketing Pro 2026 is a cloud web application. Your data is tied to your user account and stored on the server — not trapped in a single browser or device.

How Cloud Storage Works

• Account-based — all records (programs, links, commissions, keywords, and more) belong to your account on the server
• Access from anywhere — log in from any browser or device and your data is waiting for you
• Always in sync — no manual export/import needed to move between devices; just log in
• Secure by default — your data is protected by your account credentials and is never visible to other users

Your Account & Password

Use the profile menu (top-right) to change your password at any time. If you forget your password, use the Forgot Password link on the login page to receive a reset email.

CSV Export for Backups & External Use

Even though your data is stored in the cloud, most tools include a Export CSV button so you can download a copy of your records for spreadsheet analysis, sharing with team members, or as an offline backup.

AI Discovery Engine — How It Works

Click the purple "Keyword Discovery Engine" panel to expand it. Enter any seed keyword (e.g. "email marketing tools") and hit Discover Keywords. The engine:

1. Sends your seed + selected modifier combinations to Claude AI, asking it to generate realistic long-tail keyword variations with volume estimates and intent labels.
2. Returns 30–40 keywords with: search volume estimate, keyword difficulty (0–100), search intent (informational / commercial / transactional / navigational), and priority score.
3. Displays results as checkable cards — tick the ones you want, then click "Add Selected to Spreadsheet".

Query Modifiers

The modifier chips below the search bar (e.g. "best", "how to", "review", "vs", "for beginners") are query prefixes that get combined with your seed. Check all the ones relevant to your niche — more modifiers = more keyword variations generated.

Claude API Key Setup

The discovery engine requires a Claude API key to generate real keyword data. Here's how to set it up:

1. Click the ⚙ API Settings button above the keyword table.
2. Paste your Claude API key in the Claude AI API Key field. Keys start with sk-ant-.
3. Optionally add DataForSEO credentials for real search volume data instead of AI estimates.
4. Click Save Settings. Settings are saved to your account — you only need to do this once.

Managing Your Keyword Spreadsheet

• Add manually: Use the inline row at the top of the table — fill in keyword, volume, difficulty, intent, and priority, then click Add.
• Bulk import: Click Bulk Import and paste a list of keywords (one per line). The tool auto-classifies each one.
• Edit: Click the pencil icon on any row to open the edit modal — update all fields including tags and notes.
• Delete: Click the trash icon. No undo — export first if needed.
• Research links: Click the magnifying glass icon (🔍) to open a dropdown with direct links to Google, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Ubersuggest for that keyword.

Filtering & Sorting

• Filter by Difficulty (Easy / Medium / Hard), Intent, Priority, or Tag
• Click any column header to sort ascending/descending
• Use the search box to find keywords by text

Export

Click Export CSV in the table footer. The CSV includes all fields: keyword, volume, difficulty, intent, priority, tags, notes, and date added.

The central registry for every affiliate program you've joined. All other tools (commissions, links, analytics) can reference programs you add here.

Adding a Program

1. Click Add Program.
2. Fill in: Name, Network (ShareASale, CJ, Amazon, etc.), Commission Type (%, Fixed, CPA, Hybrid), Commission Rate, Cookie Duration, Category, Payment Threshold & Method.
3. Click Save. The program appears in the table and becomes available in dropdowns across other tools.

Filtering & Status

Mark programs as Active, Pending, or Paused. Filter the table by status or category. Sort by commission rate to find your top earners at a glance.

Adding a Link

1. Click Add Link and enter the Link Name, Destination URL, and associate it with a Program.
2. Add Campaign, Source, and Medium for UTM tracking (e.g. campaign=summer2026, source=blog, medium=review).
3. Save — the link appears in your table with click and conversion counters starting at zero.

Tracking Clicks & Conversions

Clicks and conversions are updated manually. Click the edit icon on a link and increment the counters as you monitor your analytics platform. This lets you track performance across campaigns in one place without needing a dedicated redirect tool.

Log every commission payment — pending, approved, or paid — with full history and CSV export for accounting.

Logging a Commission

1. Click Add Commission.
2. Select the Program, optionally link it to a specific Link.
3. Enter: Amount, Currency, Commission Date, Order ID, Product Name.
4. Set Status: Pending → Approved → Paid as the commission progresses.

Status Flow

• Pending: Commission registered, awaiting network approval
• Approved: Confirmed by the network, awaiting payment
• Paid: Cash in your account — counted in revenue totals

Commission Potential Calculator

Projects monthly affiliate earnings. Inputs: monthly traffic, CTR (click-through rate to affiliate links), conversion rate, average order value, and commission percentage. The calculator shows monthly and annual projections with a revenue breakdown chart.

5-Stream Revenue Analyzer

Model up to 5 separate affiliate income streams side by side. Enter different programs, traffic sources, or product categories to see which combination yields the highest diversified income. Includes a diversification risk score.

Revenue Diversification Calculator

Analyzes the concentration risk in your current revenue mix. Enter your revenue by source — the tool scores your diversification level and shows which programs you're over-reliant on.

Income Streams Planner

Plans future income streams with a timeline view. Set goals for each stream (affiliate commissions, digital products, sponsored content, etc.) and see projected combined income at 3, 6, and 12 months.

CRO Playground

A sandbox for experimenting with conversion-focused copy. Input your current headline, CTA, and page description — the tool suggests alternative versions and lets you compare them side by side. Keep a record of winning variants with notes.

A/B Split Test Tracker

Track concurrent A/B tests across your site. Log variants A and B, their traffic exposure, click rates, and conversions. The tool calculates statistical significance and highlights a winner when confidence exceeds your chosen threshold.

Paste a blog post or script, select the output formats (Twitter thread, LinkedIn post, YouTube script, email newsletter, TikTok hook, etc.), and get repurposed variations. Connects with your AI key for live generation or provides templates for manual editing.

Content Calendar

A drag-and-drop content planner. Schedule blog posts, videos, emails, and social posts across a monthly calendar. Each item stores: title, platform, status (Draft / Scheduled / Published), target keyword, and notes. Exportable as CSV for team sharing.

Email Sequences

Pre-built 5–7 email sequences for common affiliate funnels: welcome series, product launch, re-engagement, evergreen nurture. Each email includes subject line, preview text, and body copy — edit placeholders with your details. Export as plain text or copy to your ESP.

Structured scripts for YouTube product reviews, TikTok unboxings, and comparison videos. Input the product name and key features — the tool populates a full script with hook, demonstration sections, CTA, and disclosure statement. Follows FTC guidelines.

Most tools support CSV export and several support CSV import. Use CSV export to create offline backups of your data, share records with collaborators, or import data into external spreadsheet tools. Since your data lives in the cloud, CSV is for backups and sharing — not for syncing between devices (just log in on any device for that).

Importing

1. Click Import CSV in the relevant tool.
2. Download the template CSV to see the required column headers and data format.
3. Fill in your data — do not change the column headers.
4. Upload the file, review the preview, and confirm.

Exporting

Click the Export or Export CSV button in any tool. The file downloads immediately with all current data including computed fields.
